Project Manager Competency
Development and Assessment
7 PDUs Awarded

As Projects get more complex; Project Managerial skills become a critical differentiator. Studies by various research organizations have repeatedly shown that Projects following structured Project Management processes and handled by capable Project Managers have lesser risks of time and cost overruns and attain Project objectives more often. Project Management in knowledge-based industries relies heavily on ‘soft skills’ of Managers. A robust Assessment model needs to address the Technical, Delivery and behavioral aspects of Project Management. This workshop is based on the Project Management Competency Development (PMCD) framework propagated by the Project Management Institute (PMI). This framework is applicable generically to Projects in different verticals and sizes.

Workshop Benefits
The Workshop will enunciate the three major dimensions of competency; Knowledge, Performance and Personal, as propagated by PMI.
